Mercy Associates Formation Resource

 

The materials provided through the links on this page have been prepared for the use of women and men who are interested in becoming a Mercy Associate. The preparation programme involves candidates working through these materials with the guidance and support of someone who is already a Mercy Associate. Usually candidates will need between three and twelve months to familiarise themselves with these materials and with what it means to be a Mercy Associate. This is important because being a Mercy Associate is not a solitary pursuit – it involves being part of a group with other Associates, and the preparation phase commences this contact. Though you may want to read through these materials on your own, this will not prepare you to become a Mercy Associate.
