Maybe the most urgent invitation in our context is to be among those who mourn the plight of our planet, the uneven access to earth’s precious resources, the resort to arms in the face of conflict, and to acknowledge the ‘comforter’ for even the smallest reversal of fortune that marks the coming of God’s reign.
