Significant events in Australia

The Institute’s Specific Issues Committee, Indigenous Concerns highlights these significant events: Anniversary of the "Bringing Them Home Report" (May 25), National Sorry Day (May 26), Anniversary of the 1967 Referendum (May 27) and National Reconciliation Week (May 27 – June 3). The committee urges readers to consider the implications of the events and subsequent decisions and reports.
