This seminar will focus on the principles of good governance in relation to integrity, accountability and ethical decision-making. Aspects to be explored include a revision of the principles of good canonical and civil governance; expectations regarding the practice of integrity, accountability and ethical decision-making in faith-based organizations; applying these principles of good governance in practice through consideration of two organizational contexts –.
