A Video for these Times

A new video has been produced highlighting the many ways our Mercy spirit is alive and active during these challenging times.

The three minute video, which was written and produced by Fraynework Multimedia, Annette Schneider RSM and John Rochester (Institute Communications Manager), seeks to remind us in these times of uncertainty of the true meaning of Mercy.

Through referencing Catherine McAuley’s letters, the video shows that Catherine McAuley and the early sisters responded to epidemics that occurred during her time, with the same Mercy spirit we are being called to embrace today.

With the world more than ever in need of Mercy, it is hoped the video will play a small, yet important part in enabling people to recognise that we are all part of bringing Mercy to our world through our individual acts and part of one large supportive Mercy community.
