Sensational Seniors Celebrated at Sacred Spaces

Tuesday, April 10 2018 was the day Singleton stopped to acknowledge the contribution made by its Seniors to the local community. 

 

A day of free food, entertainment, stalls and catching up with friends was hosted by Sacred Spaces Singleton. Over 220 people attended the event, with sixty community members rewarded for their work by receiving a ‘Sixty Sensational Seniors’ Award.

 

The ‘Sixty Sensational Seniors’ Awards were run by Sacred Spaces in conjunction with Ourcare and Singleton Council.

 

Cynthia Mulholland, Events and Marketing Coordinator at Sacred Spaces Singleton said “I am pleased to report that our very own Sister Josie Morphett was one of the ‘Sixty Sensational Seniors’ to receive a certificate, presented by the Mayor of Singleton, Councillor Sue Moore.”
